* please note that although these cakes can be made with no gluten they are still baked and decorated in the same kitchen where I regularly use gluten, dairy and nut products, so although all care is taken I cannot guarantee there be no traces of these products in your finished cake, so if you or your guests have a sever allergy please make sure they are aware as this may not be a suitable option for them.
